On Friday night The Clementine Kitchen celebrated their new launch with a visit to the Bristol Food Connections Festival.

We indulged in a crab supper with Mitch Tonks.  Mitch is the owner of the Bristol Spiny Lobster and showed us how to prepare a whole crab.  It was very much enjoyed with a few glasses of British bubbles and topped off with a local 6 o’clock gin.

What a perfect way to start a bank holiday weekend.  Check out the Bristol Food Connections Festival happening right now between 29th April and the 7th May 2016.  Bringing people and great food together.
