A Wild Garlic idea
Today The Clementine Kitchen went foraging for wild garlic and we found some!
Here’s an idea of what to do with it: Wild Garlic Pesto.
All you need is:
- 1 large bunch of Wild Garlic, washed
- 1 small bunch of Curly Parsley
- 60g of Pine Nuts, toasted
- 60g of grated Parmesan
- 150ml of Olive Oil
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz into a course mixture, season with salt and pepper. Done.
So simple, so easy and delicious with fresh home made pasta. You could always try this pesto with different herbs, for example take the parsley out and add basil into the mix or even add walnuts as well. Enjoy and get experimenting.
