The Clementine Kitchen has been creating edible stories – beautiful food that’s talked about and remembered – since 2011. It has evolved into an established mobile kitchen that can create and deliver colourful, fresh flavours for any event.

What We Are

Field to fork: We aim to use organic produce and always source fresh, seasonal locally produced ingredients including free-range eggs and freedom farmed meat.

Earth friendly: We have an excellent understanding of vegetarian and vegan diets and work hard to make our business as carbon neutral as possible.

Client focused: We combine our expertise with your ideas to create delicious menus and memorable meals.

Those extras: As a small company we can devote ourselves to every tiny detail of your event, from handmade labels, to high-end canapés. We listen to your needs and work with you every step of the way to create your perfect experience.

Who We Are

Founding directors Nadia Thornhill and Sara Gardiner share passion and expertise in cooking, catering, product development and marketing to provide quality food that delights at great events.

I’m a food-obsessed cook with an MSc in Food Science and Nutrition. I’ve catered for major celebrities and royalty, and developed food products for Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco. As an innovative chef I thrive on creating unique taste sensations and combinations that are as visually tempting as they are delicious.

I have international event and exhibition planning experience: it’s fair to say that wherever I am and whatever I’m doing, I’m highly organised and have impeccable timekeeping. Approachable and friendly, I’m here to give you a bespoke, stress-free event.
